AdLynx multi-tenant integration gateway — Phase B1 scaffold.

No operational UI in this phase. The B1 deliverables are the tenant registry schema (supabase/migrations/), the file ingest adapter, the mapping engine, and the dry-run runner (npm run dry-run). No Convrtbl writes, no live Supabase, no deploys.
